General information

All our treatments are provided by qualified massage practitioners.

They have been trained by us in the Bain-Bleu massage protocols, which include massage techniques from around the world.

Our treatment and massage protocols are not intended to be medicinal – they contribute to your well-being by providing the opportunity for a relaxing experience.

We use only natural and organic products in our treatments – these are also available for purchase at reception.

To reap the greatest benefit from your visit and to ensure that you can relax fully, we recommend that you bear the following points in mind:

If you have booked any treatments:

Please arrive at the agreed upon arrival time at reception for check-in (arrival time is communicated by email or telephone).

All your treatments will be based on this arrival time, as they correspond to the different stages of the hammam odyssey.

Any cancellation or rescheduling of treatments or massages must be made at least 24 hours in advance by email to info@bain-bleu.ch
Bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled by telephone.

If you have planned to use both the hammam area and the baths, we highly recommend going to the baths first, as going into the water following hammam treatments is not advisable.

Allow an hour or so to enjoy the baths.
